Yoga progress and the full moon…

does the full moon affect your yoga practice?

Having seriously increased my ‘mat hours’ recently, I have found that both my flexibility and strength have improved.

I’m currently loving Triangle Pose and Happy Baby Pose, which according to the Internet, are both poses that help alleviate stress.

However, my balance has been decidedly ‘off’ over the last few days and I can only put this down to the effects of the full moon earlier in the week.  I’ve also noticed that my sleep pattern has been broken and I’ve felt more tired than usual.

Has anyone else encountered any lunar-related issues this week?
